Admission Procedure
Admissions for PRE-KG to Grade XI are now open. We accept a maximum of 25 students per grade, with two divisions in each grade and admissions are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The admission procedure follows a 4-step process as outlined below.

Interaction With the Principal
After submitting the form
  • The student with the parents will be invited for an interaction with the Principal.
  • Admission will be confirmed upon the Principal’s approval and payment of the admission fee.
For Grades 6 and Above
  • Submit the student’s latest report cards/mark lists from the current school.
  • The student will undergo an age-appropriate entrance/proficiency test in English, Mathematics, and Science.
  • The Principal will decide on admission based on the entrance test and personal interaction.
  • On approval by the Principal/VP, admission can be confirmed by payment of admission fee.
Campus Visits
  • Parents may schedule a school visit between Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (except public holidays and second Saturdays) for a campus tour or to complete admission formalities in person. Prior appointments are required.

Do you have a hostel facility?

Yes. We are a semi-residential school offering hostel facilities from Grades 2 & above. Our centrally air-conditioned dormitories feature individual cabins with wardrobes and lockers for each student, ensuring comfort, privacy, and safety.

What are the facilities offered to boarders in the hostel ?

Yes, we provide breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks with a beverage for all students including day-scholars.

How does the school ensure student safety on campus?

Safety is a top priority. The campus is equipped with CCTV surveillance, trained security staff, and well-monitored entry/exit protocols.

How does my child get to and from the school? What safety measures are in place for school transportation?

The school provides a well-organised transport fleet covering areas within a 40 km radius. We arrange pick-up and drop-off for students, and each bus is equipped with:

  • Trained bus assistants
  • CCTV cameras
  • Mobile phone facility
  • Live GPS tracking

These measures ensure safe, reliable, and well-monitored transportation for every child.

Does the school have medical facilities?

Yes, we have a well-equipped medical room/infirmary with a trained nurse on campus 24×7. In case of emergency, we are associated with the nearest Multi speciality hospitals such as Smita Memorial Hospital and Baby Memorial Hospital (BMH).

What are the meal timings and what is the meal plan offered to students?

Our daily meal schedule is as follows:

  • Breakfast: 7:50 am
  • Juice Break: 10:30 am
  • Lunch:
    • 12:00 pm – Kindergarten 
    • 12:00 pm – Primary and Middle School
    • 12:50 pm – High School & above
  • Evening Snacks with Beverage: 2:50 pm
  • Evening Snack after Games (for Hostellers):  5:00 pm
  • Dinner (for Hostellers): 8:00 pm

What technology platforms does the school use for communication?

We use WhatsApp Broadcast / Groups, the school app INSIGHTS E for regular updates, circulars, and communication between parents and teachers.

What is the school uniform for various grades?

Pre-KG, LKG, UKG:
One set of uniform – T-shirt with shorts, paired with black school shoes/clogs.

Grades 1 to 12:
Students have two sets of uniforms, both to be worn with black school shoes:

  1. Regular Uniform:
  • Boys: Shirt with trousers/shorts
  • Girls: Shirt with pinafore
  1. Sports Uniform:
  • T-shirt with shorts/track pants
What are the fees applicable for day scholars and boarders ? Are uniforms and textbooks included in the fees ?
  • Fees applicable for Day-scholars – Annual Fee, Tuition Fee, Mess Fee and Transportation Fee
  • Fees applicable for Hostellers – Annual Fee, Tuition Fee, Mess Fee and Hostel Fee

No, uniforms and textbooks are not included in the fees. Both uniforms and textbooks are purchased directly from our vendors. Uniform and textbook vendors will set up stalls on campus before the commencement of the academic year for the convenience of parents.
